- Can I watch on my mobile device?
Yes! Our web viewer is optimized for touch/mobile devices. You can also download the Plex app from your device's App Store. (On a Smart TV, for example)
- I just subscribed, how long before I can watch stuff?
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email with a link to join our library. Use this link to create your Plex account, if you don't have one yet.
- I sent in a request, how long before it shows up?
Once a new media request is received, it goes through a brief selection process. This process typically takes up to 48 hours.
- How do I update my payment method?
Follow the steps in the invoice to update billing information.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us via the form on this page to inform us you'd like to cancel your subscription.
